One-on-one fitness training with a certified personal trainer. Each session will be designed to help the individual achieve their personal fitness goals. Areas of focus include flexibility, cardio, balance, plyometrics, speed quickness and agility, resistance training, and core strength. The first sessions will be a discussion of goals and baseline fitness assessment. Each subsequent session will include fitness training with the individual's goals in mind. Regular check-ins and reassessments will be scheduled into the training program every 4-6 weeks.
